Step into the future of HR with our interactive workshop designed to empower people professionals with practical AI skills. Whether you're an AI novice or looking to enhance your digital toolkit, this session offers a unique opportunity to explore AI applications in HR. 


What to Expect: 

  • Interactive Learning: Bring your laptop or mobile device equipped with Microsoft Copilot (or your preferred AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to engage in hands-on exercises. 
  • Practical Applications: Experiment with AI-driven solutions for tasks like drafting job descriptions, formulating interview questions, creating onboarding checklists, and more. 
  • Customised Experience: Learn to tailor AI prompts to suit your specific business context, enhancing relevance and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborative Environment: Share insights and outcomes with fellow attendees, fostering a community of learning and innovation. 


Agenda: 

18:00: Registration, light refreshments, and networking. 

18:30–20:00: Interactive workshop session. 


About the speaker

Michael Larbalestier  

Michael Larbalestier is a digital learning and innovation specialist with extensive experience in careers development. As a NICEC Fellow, active CIPD member, and CDI Project Associate, he champions digital confidence among career development  and HR practitioners, leveraging technology to empower individuals and organisations to thrive in an ever-changing digital landscape.
