About the Speaker - Pam Loch

Pam is an experienced dual qualified Solicitor who set up Loch Associates in 2007 to respond to the need for specialist commercial and bespoke legal and people solutions for clients. The business has now evolved to become Loch Associates Group providing services ranging from employment and business law, HR support through to immigration, mediation and wellbeing solutions.

As well as being the Managing Director of Loch Associates Group, Pam has also been a specialist, award-winning employment law solicitor for over 20 years.

Pam is a seasoned commentator on the TV and radio on employment law and HR issues and regularly makes presentations. Loch Employment Law is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, with Pam being ranked for 13 years running, as a leading individual in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners legal guides.
