Enhancing Employee Well-being: Navigating Multi-Generational Workforce, Hybrid Work, and Work-Life Balance through Employee Assistance Programs

Come and join the CIPD Group in the Isle of Man who will be joined by Stephanie Hatton where attendees will:

  • Gain insights into the latest trends and challenges in employee well-being.
  • Learn practical strategies for implementing and maximising the benefits of EAPs.
  • Understand the unique needs of a multi-generational workforce and how to address them.
  • Discover effective ways to balance flexibility and productivity in a hybrid work model.
