In this interactive event Rachel will lead you through a series of guided drawing activities to assist with reflecting on your career

Rachel Burnham’s background is in Learning & Development.

She has had her own consultancy ‘Burnham L&D’ for 24 years and before that worked in-house for a number of charities. Over the last 8 years her work has been transformed through Sketch noting – Sketchnotes use a combination of words and simple pictures to create memorable and engaging notes – and now most of her work makes use of drawing in some way.

Her work involves commissions to Sketch note at both in person and online events, the creation of bespoke Sketch notes and other illustrations. She has Sketchnoted as part of the social media team at the major CIPD conferences and Learning Technologies and she created Sketchnote chapter summaries for ‘Hybrid Working for HR’ by Gary Cookson published by Kogan Page.

Rachel’s recent clients include Clifford Chance, Arts Council, Heritage Lottery Fund, University of Manchester, EE and many more. Rachel was previously Chair of CIPD Manchester.
