Julian Chender consults to purpose-driven organizations across sectors, from the Fortune 10 to nonprofits in education, arts, and public health. He is a Certified Organization Design Practitioner and an ICF-Certified Coach with a master’s in Organization Development. In 2020, he received the Emerging Practitioner Award from the Organization Development Network. He has served on the Board of Trustees of ODN and the Board of Advisors of the Organization Design Forum.

Garin is an award-winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 18 years’ experience. He has supported leading organisations in London, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Sydney in achieving their strategic objectives. He has experience working with leaders from companies of all different sizes and sectors including Legal & General, BNP Paribas and Citigroup. Garin is Chair of the CIPD London Organisation Development, Design, Culture & Transformation Group and Co-Chair of CIPD Central London. In these roles he designs and delivers regular events that support the development of the OD&D and HR profession. He's the Organisation Development columnist for HRZone and a regular public speaker and co-host of the OrgDev Podcast.

Garin is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and his qualifications include an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Development.
