An exciting opportunity to participate in/observe an employment tribunal case and experience being questioned by a professional advocate.
Being involved in an employment tribunal claim can be a stressful or unnerving experience. This mock tribunal will provide a useful insight into the process and formalities of a hearing, as well as an opportunity to give evidence. The day will follow the format and timings of a real tribunal (as closely as possible), with explanations of what is happening and why. Participants will also be given the scenario in advance to familiarise themselves with the case and understand what will happen.
Speakers:
James English, Caroline Shafar, Mark McKeever
James, Caroline and Mark are members of the Ward Hadaway Healthcare Employment team, with many years of experience dealing with tribunal claims, and advising and representing clients in tribunal hearings.
