Workshop with expert speaker providing case law examples: legal and practical guidance taking account of diversity and inclusion
Maria, our expert facilitator will provide case law and practical guidance on the complex issues around managing ethical and inclusive redundancy and TUPE processes. This interactive workshop will include examples from case law which explain the practical methods for organisations to ensure the processes they use for staff lead to inclusive, legal, ethical, fair and compassionate outcomes.

About the speaker
Maria Gallucci, Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial & Employment Law, Woodfines Solicitors llp
Maria heads up the firm’s Commercial department, is a member of the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers' Association. As a qualified employment solicitor, she predominantly advises and acts on behalf of employers with expertise in all areas of employment law including case management discussions and final hearings in Employment Tribunal cases. She leads the firm’s specialist advice services for GDPR and misuse and infringement of Intellectual Property. She is a voluntary member of the Badminton England Disciplinary Committee.
