About this event

Supporting L&OD specialism to come together, to share best practice, case studies and challenges.

Please join us at our L&OD networking event, on Thursday 26 September 2024, commencing at 10:00.

Engaged employees are the heartbeat of a thriving and successful organisation. When employees are engaged, they go beyond the call of duty, investing their time and energy into their work with a sense of purpose and commitment. These individuals are not merely satisfied with their jobs; they are passionate about contributing to the overall success of the company.

Engaged employees are motivated to give their best because they feel a strong connection to the organisation's mission, vision, and values. They understand how their individual contributions align with the broader goals of the company, creating a sense of meaning and significance in their work. This intrinsic motivation leads to increased productivity, higher levels of innovation, and a positive impact on the overall work environment.

Recognising the importance of employee engagement, successful organisations invest in strategies to foster and maintain a culture that promotes it.

Join us as we delve into engagement and try to get to the heart of building an engaged and thriving workforce.

The topics will include:

  • Current challenges faced at your organisations
  • Leveraging Technology for Engagement
  • Employee Wellness Programs that Work
  • Building Inclusive Workplaces
  • Understanding demographics and the difference between engaging Gen Z versus Baby Boomers
  • Tracking Engagement scores – how accurate are they
