Gain advice from experts at Muckle LLP on how to conduct right to work checks and avoid employing illegal workers.

About this event

Gain advice from experts at Muckle LLP on how to conduct right to work checks and avoid employing illegal workers.

In April 2024, fines for employing illegal workers rose to their highest levels yet: up to £60,000 per illegal worker. It has never been more important for employers to make sure that they conduct right to work checks properly, in order to safeguard themselves and their organisation from the risks of employing illegal workers.

In this session, Amy and Imaan from Muckle LLP will demystify the current right-to-work check regime, giving practical tips on how to get this right, in the current ever-changing immigration landscape.
