Nicola Forbes-Taylor (Chartered FCIPD) will be delivering an interactive session on how HR can lead emotional intelligence. This is useful for all HR practitioners, up to including HR Advisors & HRBPs.

About the speaker
Nicola Forbes-Taylor
Nicola is an executive coach and leadership development professional with FCIPD and sales heritage and insight. She partners with leaders of fast growth and start-up tech businesses on a fractional basis, as well as championing intentional leadership across various organisations through her business- NFT Consulting.
As a coach and leadership development expert, her specialism is in developing EQ; self-awareness and intentional impact and connection based on trust. She loves developing bespoke programmes and SLT offsites to build strong, effective teams.
She also develops EQ, commercial and strategic ability with high potential HR leaders on their path to the top table through her programme, The A List: development for HR Professionals. As a fractional leader, she supports leadership that enables psychological safety, motivation and performance we are all proud of.
She brings perspective from her work with leaders in London start-ups, scale-ups and other fast-growth organisations. She shares her sales and HR journey insights and learnings as a leader of teams with those she works with across sectors and corporates throughout her 20 year career.
Nicola is passionate that women belong in all places wherever decisions are being made, as Ruth Bader-Ginsburg famously said. She is known for leading panels sharing the female experience and nurturing the future environment for women in work.
She is a speaker in the London scene, having spoken at Women of Silicon Roundabout, in partnership with We Are The City and in numerous business and HR networks.
