Come along to our online session where we will shine a spotlight on the benefits you receive as a CIPD Member to help you achieve your goals, accelerate your professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest learning.

We'll do our very best to answer your questions and reflect on your CPD using the tools provided by the CIPD.

We will look in depth at vast array of resources and benefits you receive as a member of the CIPD. We'll also show you where to find related information on the website.

About the speakers

Oli Howard is currently responsible for membership projects and proposition development at the CIPD as Head of Membership. He has spent most of his career in internal and change communication roles - either as part of or working closely with people teams - including at the Civil Aviation Authority, Scope and Royal Mail. He has also advised organisations large and small on branding, communication and stakeholder communication and teaches employee communication at Masters level.

Garin Rouch is Co-Chair of CIPD Branch in Central London. He is also Chair of the CIPD London Organisation Development and Design group.

Garin is an award-winning Organisation Development and Design consultant with over 18 years of experience helping organisations bridge performance gaps and achieve their strategic objectives. He has a proven track record of fostering a culture of performance across business units in London, Shanghai, and Sydney, delivering bottom-line success for leading organisations including Investors in People, Legal & General, Lenovo, BNP Paribas, US Embassy Shanghai, Citigroup and Visa.

  1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
  2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared
