The CIPD aims to be a career partner that supports people professionals at every stage of our careers.
As your local branch of the CIPD, we’re hosting an event to help you think about topics such as:
- How to get started in your HR or L&D career
- CIPD qualifications
- Continuous professional development
- Making the step from admin to advice
- Stepping up to a business leadership position
- Specialist areas of the profession
- What you want next from your career
- Focusing on your strengths
And much more
The format will involve group discussions, facilitated by people with particular experiences and knowledge, together with input from career coaches who understand the people profession.
Please note:
- Reminder emails will be sent to you the day before, with a further reminder on the day of the event.
- Photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used in the CIPD newsletters.
- By attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
- As we are supplying refreshments, if you can no longer attend, please cancel your place either on Eventbrite, responding to this email.

- Please note that refunds for CIPD Non-Member tickets will only be available until 7 days prior to the event, any cancelled tickets after this will not receive a refund.
