Join us online on 2024-09-17 at 09:00 AM UTC to discuss the ethics and importance of AI in the workplace!
This is a Branch panel event, which will open a dialogue on equality, diversity and inclusion challenges when using AI at work. Committee member, Katie Gough, will be joined by Jennifer Gibson, Senior Associate Solicitor from Aaron & Partners and Sam Warner, Neurodivergent Communication Specialist from Get your Message Across.
Katie, Sam and Jennifer will discuss a number of topical AI issues that are impacting EDI and consider how we can best navigate them. There will be an opportunity for questions and participation on this rapidly evolving area.

Guest speaker profile:
Kate Gough is HR Administrator for Greenhous, working as an apprentice to develop her understanding of people practices. She is also an active member of the CIPD Branch in Shropshire Committee with an academic background in computer science. Katie is passionate about helping people navigate modern technologies safely and ethically.
Jennifer Gibson is an Employment Law Senior Associate Solicitor with Aaron & Partners Solicitors – she has extensive experience in advising employer clients on a range of day-to-day Human Resources issues.
Sam Warner from Get Your Message Across, is a Neurodivergent Communication Specialist, helping leverage the talents of neurodivergent individuals through coaching and training.
