This session will show effective ways to use Artificial Intelligence in everyday HR practice

Are you curious about exploring AI? Not sure how or where to start? Do you wonder where the whole AI movement will take the HR profession? Are you worried about what AI will mean to you and your job? We will have an open and honest conversation on the topic, and will discuss the following and answer your questions:


  • Identify when to use AI, and when not to use AI
  • Ethical and compliance considerations when using AI
  • AI and change management considerations
  • Examples of programs and uses for AI in HR practice


About the speaker

Dr Christina Murphy is the Vice President of Global Human Resources for Genesis Research. She is an HR executive and consultant specialising in all facets of global human resources including talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR strategy, people analytics, business process transformation, and HR technology.

Recently, Dr Murphy had been focused on transforming and implementing new technologies and directing an organization-wide initiative to support employees affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in the public sector. She has worked in human resources for organisations such as NJ TRANSIT, Booz Allen & Hamilton, CenterLight Health System, Avaya, Cognizant Technology Solutions, CityMD and Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

She has a Bachelor’s in American Studies from Hofstra University, a Master’s in HR Education, and a Doctorate in Education both from Fordham University. For many years, she was an instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and a professor of business administration at Touro College in New York City. She currently resides in London, UK.
