How do generations differ in their expectations as employees?

THEME: "AWARENESS ON DIGITAL WELLBEING AND WORKPLACE CULTURE"

SESSION DESCRIPTION

In today’s fast-paced, always-connected world, the benefit of a tech-centric working environment is undeniable. It helps us stay on top of tasks, track project updates and collaborate with colleagues no matter where we are. But let’s face it – many of us feel overwhelmed, distracted, and exhausted by it all. This can affect not only the quality of our work but also our mental wellbeing.

In this fun, interactive 45 min talk, Digital Wellness expert Laura Willis will help you to:

  • Explore how technology impacts work performance, relationships and stress levels
  • Gain insights into how workplace culture, neuroscience, and AI adoption shape our digital habits
  • Understand the diversity and inclusion aspects of digital preferences and behaviours
  • Learn simple, effective ways to adjust your digital habits and take back control of your time
  • Discover how to start conversations around healthier digital behaviours at work.

With real-life examples from individuals and companies that have embraced a more balanced approach, this practical session will help you create healthier, more mindful digital habits!
