A look at movement as part of wellbeing and thinking about your wellbeing into the new year.
Speaker: Helen Rudge
Helen will lead an interactive session, looking at the theme of movement in wellbeing from the 2024 Wellbeing Week theme and then focus on our wellbeing as we approach the start of 2025.
Helen is a Learning, Development and Coaching Specialist, with experience and qualification in the following areas:
- CIPD Professional Management Programme
- ILM Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors
- Further and Adult Education Teacher's Certificate
- Action Learning Facilitator ILM
- Member EMCC

2. Photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used in the CIPD newsletters.
