About this event

Fed up with employees leaving? Every time this happens it costs you time, money, resources, and reputation.

So how can we stop this from happening? This exciting session will explore and provide hints and techniques, alongside best practices in how to retain staff. Whilst many of us carryout exit interviews, should the focus be on conducting ‘stay interviews’ before it leads to an employee leaving? The 2 guest speakers will talk about their experiences, successes, and mistakes in this area.
