About this event

Workshop on improving workforce agility

The business landscape has evolved significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic, presenting new challenges and opportunities for organisations. To succeed in this dynamic environment, it is essential for organisations to continuously improve their workforce agility.

Workforce agility empowers organisations to swiftly adapt to rapid changes, navigate market disruptions, and meet evolving customer demands. HR plays a pivotal role in driving this agility by implementing strategic interventions and fostering an agile organisational culture.

By understanding the principles of workforce agility, HR professionals will be better equipped to align the HR strategy with organisational objectives, ultimately delivering measurable business outcomes and contributing to long-term success.

This session will provide actionable insights into improving workforce agility by:

  • Defining the concept of workforce agility and outlining why it is critical for organisations to remain agile in today’s environment.
  • Offering practical examples of initiatives you can implement to increase workforce agility, with guidance on how to execute them.
  • Sharing key lessons and best practices I have gained throughout my career in improving workforce agility.
