Join us for networking, laughter yoga session and festive quiz to help you look after your mental and physical wellbeing.
Ho ho ho … it’s time to pop on your Christmas Jumper and join us for networking, laughter yoga, a mince pie and the annual festive quiz. We will help you decompress after a busy year and help you to look after your mental and physical wellbeing.
This session will start off with networking and a round-up of the year and all its changes.
Join us to collaborate with fellow independant practitioners, share ideas and experiences. Make new connections and experience a community of peers who can offer advice, encouragement, and support during career transitions or challenges.
Then back by popular demand, I’m delighted to share Claire Dallimore will be attending so you’ll be able to enjoy a laughter yoga session. She'll remind you that having a laugh and not taking life so seriously is very important and good for all of our mental & physical wellbeing.
Laughter yoga offers a unique blend of physical exercise and emotional well-being, making it a valuable tool for people professionals. Learn how HR can foster a positive work environment that enhances employee morale and reduces stress. Embracing laughter yoga can empower people professionals to cultivate a more engaged and resilient workforce.
We’ll conclude the session round out with a festive quiz.
