About the Speaker:

AlisonLambert is our previous Chair and current Policy Lead for the Devon & Cornwall Branch.

After 7 years working in the Public Sector in HR Change, Alison embraced the opportunity to impart her knowledge to a larger number of local organisations. She set up her HR Consultancy, Commissioning HR, in 2015 to help local organisations realise the potential of their business by delivering valuable people solutions.

Alison now employs a small team of in-house HR Consultants and provides on-going outsourced HR support and be-spoke complex HR provision on a commissioned basis to a diverse client base. She continues to provide expert support on redundancy and restructuring to both large and small employers. Alison is passionate about ensuring that organisations are both adaptable and sustainable in today’s changing world of business.
