About the speaker

Oli Howard

Oli Howard is the Head of Membership at the CIPD and has a multifaceted career spanning various management roles in strategy, stakeholder engagement, membership, and internal communication. He serves as a Module Leader for the Masters in Internal Communication Management at the IoIC and Solent University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication.

Oli has significant experience in leading strategic communication and change initiatives, notably as the Transformation Communications Lead at CIPD and previously, the Head of Internal Communications & Engagement at the Civil Aviation Authority in the UK. His career is distinguished by roles that emphasise strategic leadership, internal communication, and stakeholder engagement across diverse organisations, including Scope and Royal Mail.


Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your journey in people management, this informative session will give you clear answers on how CIPD can support your development and goals.
