Internal Recruiters Network - The CIPD in Wales

The CIPD in Wales has achieved remarkable success through its networking initiatives, designed to facilitate the exchange of insights and foster collaboration among HR professionals sharing similar backgrounds.

Within the field of HR, the pressing challenge of the "War for Talent" has emerged as a central theme. HR teams are confronted with the task of sourcing candidates in a competitive job market. To address this, recruitment teams have had to adopt innovative attraction strategies, rigorous selection processes, and exceptional onboarding procedures to enhance talent retention.

In light of these dynamics, this CIPD network is tailored specifically for professionals engaged in Internal Recruitment and Talent teams. Our primary aim is to establish a dedicated space and platform where best practices and case studies can be freely shared, ultimately aiding us in our mission to attract and retain the finest talent in Wales.
