Join us at our November session where Guy Ellis will introduce us to a range of practical tools for identifying who are the stakeholders and what level of engagement they need. There will also be opportunities to share your own experiences and explore some of the tools.

About the speaker:

Guy Ellis of Courageous Workplaces, has over 30 years of experience in implementing people-focused projects from the very small to the very large. Guy is the founder and Director of Courageous Workplaces and has over 20 years’ experience of running his own consultancy, coaching and training company.

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.
