Guest Speaker's Profile: DebbieJane Rutter Assoc CIPD

DebbieJane Rutter (Assoc. CIPD) is a Strategic HR Business Partner with extensive experience partnering with senior teams to support corporate growth through the design and implementation of effective people programs. She was recently recognised as Heart of Worcestershire College Student of the Year at both Level 5 and Level 7, Debbie achieved these honours while overcoming significant health challenges, embodying resilience and dedication.

Debbie’s passion for building positive workplace cultures, her ability to lead through change, and her new role in HR make her an inspiring example of professional growth and personal determination.
