Join us for a session covering the practical side of AI for HR practitioners: Opportunities and Pitfalls.

Already use AI within your HR role, join us to learn some tips and tricks or if you are looking to start using AI in the workplace, this session will help you get started.

The session will be led by Wendy Munro, PhD, MBA, Chartered MCIPD and will cover the following:

  • understanding AI in the context of HR.
  • discussing how it can be used in practice with live demos.
  • navigation AI pitfalls e.g. bias in AI, over reliance on technology, privacy concerns and strategies to mitigate these.
  • future of AI in HR - briefly touching on emerging trends and future possibilities.
  • Q&A session.

The session will be interactive.


Wendy Munro, Ph.D, MBA, Chartered MCIPD is an international People Professional specialising in OD, L&D, and HRD.
