This event is aimed at HR students and early HR career professionals.

Our Co-Chair, Clare Hedges, will be joined by Erin Williams, Reward & Recognition Partner at Edinburgh Napier University, as she provides an overview of the key elements of reward and recognition packages in the public sector and how they can be used to attract, engage and retain employees.

This session will be interactive and attendee engagement will be encouraged.


Erin Williams

Erin’s HR career spans 19 years within the retail, private and public sectors and gained her postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management in 2017 from Robert Gordon University where she was awarded the student prize for best portfolio by her local CIPD branch.

Erin is passionate about individual personal development and enjoys specialising in the 'reward & recognition' area of HR.
