David will take you through a 3 act session that will be collaborative and practical with the opportunity to take away some next step action

In 2024 David got his 30 year CIPD membership certificate, and is still baffled by how he nearly said "no" to embracing the world of L&D way way back when he didn’t know any better. Given the responsibility of looking after three trainees on a YTS programme he has gone on to manage teams in L&D and recruitment, HR systems, been a lean engineer, MBA and CIPD lecturer and until December 2023 was the content lead for L&D and Organisation Design and Development products. In January 2024 he diverted his energy into his business “Talent Delivers” and embraced more balance with looking after his grand-daughter and travel. His Masters dissertation was in Student Engagement with CPD and he also co-wrote the 4th Edition of the CIPD qualification companion book “Learning and Development Practice in the Workplace"
