At this face-to-face event, we will explore ways in which employers and volunteers view each other when it comes to L&D support.
The aim will be to challenge perceptions, identify opportunities, and dispel myths about the L&D investment in volunteers. With reference to case studies, CIPD principles, and input from speakers with direct experience, you will leave the event with practical suggestions as to what you and your organisation might do differently, to achieve a win-win outcome.
