Never let a spinning plate drop – How to master an effective contact management system

Are you spinning too many plates at the same time and letting a few drop? Or are you just spinning them enough so they don't fall? In other words, are you missing opportunities because you are busy delivering client work?

An effective contact and task management system will allow you to be on top of all conversations and help you to manage active client work. Especially, if you work with associates.

Whether you are using a contact and task management system or not, this workshop will help you identify what you can do to increase the effectiveness of your systems.

You'll leave with a lot of tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your system and even add more spinning plates!

About Jaanika Okk:

Jaanika Okk has been helping companies across various industries for the past 15 years streamline their systems and keep on top of their admin. Throughout that time, she has worked with and tested a lot of admin tools and now has a bank of systems to help others.

After constantly searching for ways on how to streamline her own systems and a way of working, she founded Time Assist in 2020 with the sole purpose of teaching people implement what she had learnt, and ultimately helping businesses systemise and streamline their admin processes.

Time Assist evolved to specialise in implementing and training businesses on how to use Capsule CRM, the best tool on the market for small businesses.
