Join fellow HR professionals to learn about how inclusive recruitment can open up new talent markets and what support is available

Join fellow HR professionals in the Hereford and Worcestershire area to learn more about inclusive recruitment practices, and the difference they can make to your talent pool. And the support available for Worcestershire businesses.

We’ll be joined by Laura Hewett, owner / Director of Hewett Recruitment. Laura will talk about the journey Hewett Recruitment have been on to become and Inclusive Worcestershire Leader and B Corp certified, and how this has transformed their offer and the businesses they support.

We will also be joined by Cath Darwen, from Worcestershire County Council, who runs the Inclusive Worcestershire programme and can tell you more about becoming accredited.

The first 30 minutes will be networking, allowing you to meet other local HR professionals. The main session will start at 9.00.
