About this event

Explore the evolving landscape of workplace flexibility, focusing on practical strategies for businesses to adopt flexible working models.

With a right to request from day one, the ability to make multiple requests and the need for consultation upon refusal, the importance of flexible working as a way to support the employee life-cycle is now more important than ever! Alison Manners, from Flexibility Works, will share valuable insights from her extensive experience and research, shedding light on the benefits of flexible working for both employers and employees. A practical discussion to support HR professionals with changing legislation and trends in flexible working.

Attendees will gain practical advice on tackling common challenges associated with flexible working, including maintaining communication, managing remote teams, and ensuring inclusivity. The event will highlight the crucial role flexibility plays in the modern workplace, especially given the changes brought about by updates in employment law.

This will be a valuable opportunity for HR professionals, managers, and business leaders to rethink traditional working models and explore flexible solutions that can drive both business success and employee satisfaction.
