Alison Manners, from Flexibility Works, will share valuable insights from her extensive experience and research, shedding light on the benefits of flexible working for both employers and employees. Alison Manners is Delivery Lead- Client & People at Flexibility Works, a Scottish based social enterprise and charity supporting employers to develop more flexible workplaces. Alison has a 30-year career in Human Resources and Learning & Development and is a Chartered Member of CIPD. Alison has worked across different sectors including retail, hospitality and the NHS in a variety of HR roles covering, learning & development, recruitment and employment relations. Prior to joining Flexibility Works in 2022, Alison was the Professional Learning & Development Lead for RCN Scotland supporting members in different health care settings across Scotland.
