About the Speakers
Tricia Walker and Andrew Knight are partners in the Employment Law Team at Shepherd & Wedderburn, a leading Scottish commercial law firm. Both are experts in all aspects of employment law, including both contentious and non-contentious matters, and frequently represent clients in Employment Tribunals across Scotland and the UK.
While they have extensive experience with Aberdeen's energy sector, their expertise also spans public sector institutions, education, and industries such as hospitality, food & drink, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and house building.
Notably, Tricia and Andrew have successfully litigated cases at the Court of Session in Edinburgh and the Supreme Court in London. Tricia also serves as a governor at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, further highlighting her commitment to the region’s professional and educational landscape.
