Our Not-for-profit Sector Forum presents an employment law update on the newly introduced duty to prevent sexual harassment.

Delivered by Jamie Meechan, Senior Associate at Burness Paul the session will discuss new employer responsibilities in relation to protecting employees again sexual harassment under the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.
