About this event

An interactive session where we will be led by Kate Marston, an investigations specialist, through a case study

We know lots of you are either ER specialists or generalists with a heavy employee relations case load. Feedback from our members tells us they would like the opportunity to work through some practical examples and explore the latest best practice as well as consider recent case law. Our plan is to ensure this event is interactive with the opportunity to work through some real examples with your peers and consider options and solutions.

Whether you’re an HR generalist, a specialist, an L&D professional or a coach, you will probably come across employee relations issues in your role. Most of us encounter conflict or allegations against colleagues at some point.

Kate Marston will lead us through a case study intertwining various issues, including misconduct and discrimination, with plenty of scope to discuss our perspectives and to find the most appropriate way forward.

This session aims to develop your knowledge of employee relations issues, including how to approach an investigation along with some top tips and red flags from our expert. Whether you are a student or an expert in this field, we hope everyone will learn something new!
