Are you a passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive?
Do you want to learn how to foster psychological safety and harness the strengths of neurodiverse individuals? Then this event is for you!
We will have guest speakers from local businesses and interactive exercises to bring to life this important topic and support you in embedding within your organisation.
Learning outcome: Understand the principles of neurodiversity and psychological safety, learn how other organisations have taken steps to create an inclusive workplace and collaborate with peers to take away key learning points.
Additional information:
- Please arrive at 09:00 for a 09:30 start.
- Spaces are limited to 40 so please book your place early.
- Tea, coffee, water, and biscuits will be provided.

1. Reminder emails will be sent to you the day before, with a further reminder on the day of the event.
2. Photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images may be used in the CIPD newsletters.
3. By attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
4. As we are supplying refreshments, if you can no longer attend, please cancel your place either on Eventbrite, responding to this email.

6. Please note that refunds for CIPD Non-Member tickets will only be available until 7 days prior to the event, any cancelled tickets after this will not receive a refund.
