Workshop on confident career conversations enhancing performance in diverse, hybrid workplaces
Antoinette Oglethorpe will share her methods for improving career conversations. The guidance will be taken from her book and from her experience gathered when working with organisations and their managers.
Organisations want to ensure their career conversations are effective in developing their diverse staff and improving their performance, particularly when hybrid working makes face-to-face daily feedback difficult. Local organisations have been taken through her Career Conversation Toolkit as part of improving performance management to achieve organisation objectives. She will talk about the benefits of managers being trained in good quality career conversations.
This will be an interactive session, discussing practical examples as well as sharing good ideas for positive improvements for people professionals at work. No recording will be made.
