AI in Learning and Development: boosting productivity, engagement, and accessibility

In this session, we’ll explore how AI can transform learning and development, making it more accessible, personalised, and efficient. We’ll discuss how AI enhances productivity with tools for automation, content creation, and workflow improvements, as well as ways to personalise learning experiences based on individual needs, preferences, and even moods. We’ll also cover AI’s role in accessibility, from tools that enable voice-to-text, real-time translation, and sign language support, to auto-generating alt-text for images. The aim is to share practical, real-world applications that can be readily adopted by L&D professionals of any experience level, inspiring ideas for their own workplaces.
