Addressing Skills Shortages in Northern Ireland

Skills shortages in NI have significantly increased in the past year, so organisations must explore upskilling and other attraction methods.

If you are affected by the increasing skills shortages in Northern Ireland and are struggling to hire in specific areas why not join The CIPD Branch in Northern Ireland on Tuesday 12 November at noon to 13:30 to hear from our three expert speakers who will share their story about how they have risen to this challenge in each of their sectors.

This enlightening and informative session will include three presentations on key areas and will close with a Q&A giving you the opportunity to chat to our panel and contribute to the discussion. Our presenters are:

• Richard Kirk, CEO & Founder of Workplus
• Helen Devlin, Head of HR Operations, NI Water
• Sarah Milliken, Head of Talent and Culture, Aflac Northern Ireland

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.
