About the speakers
Tom Lakin
Tom Lakin is a recognised leader in sustainable, meritocratic hiring and the Future of Work. He advises employers on navigating complex talent acquisition and staffing challenges and opportunities including Employee Sustainability Propositions, bias minimisation in the workplace, purpose and meaning in careers and the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence in hiring.
Tom studied Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge Sustainability Leaders Institute and is a member of the Global ESG Committee at Robert Walters Group. He has a MA in Career Development, specializing in the career journeys of under-represented individuals and has advised global organisations on diverse and sustainable hiring since 2015.
