Join us for a virtual panel discussion about the purpose and progress of employee engagement, reflecting on how employee engagement has evolved, where it’s heading based on key trends - including the impact of technology and generational differences - and hear some of the challenges and success stories from a FTSE100 group of technology companies.


About the speakers

Tom Gater – Head of Internal Communications at Halma plc

Tom has been with Halma for over 3 years and along with leading internal communications across the group, working closely with Anne on employee engagement for Halma. Before Halma, Tom was engagement lead at the John Lewis Partnership. He closely follows the latest trends and technological impact on engagement and organizational culture.

Anne Crisp – Group Talent and Culture Programme Manager at Halma plc

Anne has worked for Halma for 13 years leading the company’s very successful graduate programme as well as employee engagement globally. She has been working closely with Mercer for many years not only drafting and reviewing the annual employee engagement survey globally for the organization but also looking at global trends and best practices across multiple industries.
