About the speaker

Melisa Liberman

Melisa is a former software executive and an Accenture alumni. Eleven years ago, she inadvertently became an independent consultant when she resigned from her corporate role for a family move to Hawaii.

Melisa quickly realised that the independent business model was a great fit for her and she's never looked back (even when tempting job offers cross her desk). As a business coach for independent consultants, Melisa is passionate about helping other consultants create the same success, growth, and longevity she’s achieved.

Through her podcast and coaching programs, Melisa helps her fellow independent consultants launch and grow their consulting firms so they have more fulfilment, more autonomy, and more control over their income.
