About the speakers

Sandra Johnson is a certified CMI coach with 35 years’ experience in personal branding, strategic communications, and policy. She has successfully navigated her career across Whitehall departments and FTSE listed companies in the UK and India.

Jamie Bykov-Brett is a renowned social impact entrepreneur with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology integration. He is the founder of Bykov-Brett Enterprises, where he empowers SMEs, universities, and large corporations to leverage advanced digital technologies with a human-centric approach, enhancing operational efficiency and driving sustainable innovation.

Alexandra Billet is the Director of Executive Search at Spring Talent, an international boutique executive search firm that is focused on recruiting international and local candidates, from Mid through to C-suite/executive levels in the Fashion, Beauty and Luxury sectors. Alex is a bilingual HR and Talent Acquisition professional with 15 years of extensive experience working across global teams for companies like Ralph Lauren, The Business of Fashion (BoF), Michael Kors and The Kooples.
