About this event

Virtual launch session to make introductions and set out & agree what we are looking to achieve and the topics for subsequent sessions.

This session will be led by HMRC’s Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, Stu Cranswick.

Proposal to agree main aim beyond this first session of using SWP approach and thinking to identify opportunities and challenges in the region.

Suggested following sessions with focus on External factors via PESTLE analysis, then conducting a prioritisation exercise and subsequently focus sessions (‘high probability/high risk’ factors) with speakers as appropriate.

Will also look to agree scheduling of sessions and get the word out there to support attendance and share bets practice.
