This is an opportunity to attend a Branch dual speaker event, with local recruitment specialists sharing their knowledge, insights in the local recruitment arena as well as sharing their tips on recruiting in the current market.


About the speakers

Hannah Taylor

Hannah is the Head of People and Ethics at ethero Strategic Staffing, based in Shropshire and throughout the Midlands. With over 20 years working in recruitment, HR, and career transition, Hannah has worked in-house for two established Shropshire-based manufacturing companies, spent a decade in the RPO industry, and ran her own company for five years before joining ethero, where she has contributed for the past four years.

Her experience has included designing, leading, and delivering multiple recruitment and careers campaigns for organisations of all sizes, both in the UK and internationally, across multiple sectors including; Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, Aerospace, Media, Agriculture, Retail, Third Sector, and Legal.

With hands on recruitment experience of permanent and temporary positions, along with her background in careers and outplacement, Hannah has had the opportunity to work closely with many hiring managers and job seekers and witnessed the changing landscape of the job market over the years.

Established in 2010 ethero ltd is a recruitment company providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions primarily in the industrial, commercial, construction, manufacturing & engineering, environmental and agricultural sectors.
