Labour announced some wide ranging and fundamental changes to employment law in their election manifesto and their ‘Plan to make work pay’.

Join us for this Post-Election Special to find out the latest in terms of actions the Government is taking to implement new legislation, what’s still in their future pipeline and the impact on employers and HR professionals.


About the speaker - Oliver Tasker

Oliver Tasker is a partner and the head of Wilkin Chapman’s employment team.

He predominantly advises large employers across a wide range of sectors throughout the region and the rest of the UK and also advises senior executives and directors with workplace disputes and tribunal claims.

Oliver regularly represents clients in the employment tribunal (from preliminary hearings to multi-day final hearings), delivers bespoke training to businesses and presents internal and external seminars on a broad range of employment topics.

Outside of work, Oliver has been appointed as non-executive director for HR and People for Lincolnshire Football Association and he sits on the Employment and Skills Advisory Panel at the Greater Lincolnshire LEP. He has previously held non-executive director positions with Active Lincolnshire for six years and with a large regional multi-academy trust for five years.
