This session aims to share meaningful insight to help you navigate the ever-evolving challenges of volume recruitment.

Recruiting at scale in the care sector comes with its own set of unique challenges. This online event will explore the complexities of volume recruitment in an industry that faces high turnover rates, skills shortage, regulatory demands and the critical need for compassionate staff.

Attendees will learn about effective strategies for attracting and retaining talent, streamlining the recruitment process, making the most of data insight and focusing on candidate experience for better outcomes.

This session will be led by Ryan Northey, treasurer of the CIPD Branch in Tees Valley who will be joined by Kevina Turnbull. With 24 years experience in recruitment across multiple sectors, Kevina Turnbull is seasoned in high volume hiring. Her extensive background includes leading recruitment strategies in fast-paced and demanding environments, ensuring that organisations can effectively scale their workforces. Since joining the care sector in 2015, she has applied her expertise to tackle the unique challenges of recruiting in a field where quality is as paramount as quantity.
