Natalie is a seasoned L&D specialist with over 15 years of experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating impactful learning solutions across public, private, and third sectors. Natalie’s expertise lies in creating effective and engaging learning experiences, leveraging a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals and organisations, so that she can design learning interventions that are not only strategically aligned but also practically effective and meaningful.

Natalie is passionate about learning and has dedicated her career to understanding how people learn and how to make learning impactful. She is a firm believer that facilitating learning doesn’t always mean a workshop and is an advocate for effective and engaging digital and social learning.

Her qualifications include the CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development, and ILM Level 7 certificates in both Executive Coaching & Mentoring and Leadership and Management. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, as well as being an active member of the Institute of Leadership, The Learning Performance Institute, The Training, Learning, and Development Community and European Council for Coaching and Mentoring.
