Join us for an engaging discussion group about the concept of professional curiosity and the role it plays in driving innovatiion

Join our discussion group for an engaging conversation about the concept of professional curiosity and the role it plays in driving innovation.

A recent Harvard Business Review article shared that in a study of 3000 employees, only 24% reported feeling curious on a regular basis and 70% said they face barriers to asking more questions at work. Despite this, leaders agreed that curiosity was crucial to creativity and innovation.

During the discussion, we will consider and share thoughts on the following:

  • What do you understand professional curiosity to mean?
  • What role does professional curiosity play in identifying and solving complex business challenges? Do you have examples?
  • How can professional curiosity among employees be encouraged? What specific initiatives have you seen or implemented that were successful?
  • How should we balance the need for curiosity-driven innovation with the demands of day-to-day operational efficiency?
  • In what ways can HR professionals use their own professional curiosity to influence organisational strategy and drive innovation at the executive level?
