About this event

We will explore how HR can embrace agility within the complex world we operate in, with successful practical applications of agility in HR.

The world of work has forever altered. In the post-pandemic era, we’re reinventing what constitutes the workplace in real-time. Faced with complex organizational challenges never experienced before – digitization, artificial intelligence (AI), inclusion, climate change and ever-present skills gaps – People teams seek new ways to innovate and deliver value. To help guide your transformation, Natal Dank shares her five design principles for the new People Playbook. Natal’s high-energy and interactive talk explores:

1. The 5 Design Principles of Agile HR and L&D - product-led, human-centric design, T-shaped people in T-shaped teams, experimentation and delivering with impact.

2. Successful Practical Applications of agility in HR, People and L&D.

3. How you can effectively bring business agility into your team and broader organization.
