Creating a Culture that Cares

About this event

Creating a Culture that Cares

Are you a small business owner or HR professional that struggles to connect the quality and productivity of your services or products to the commitment from your people?

Do you struggle to know exactly how to get your people bought into producing brilliant, high-quality results?

Psychological Safety is a buzz phrase that gets floated about but are we really sure what it means? Does it mean that mistakes are ok even if they cost us money? Do we know how to create safety in our environments in a practical and real-world way that supports our organisations results?

Sometimes we can feel like we are doing the right things, but we still don't seem to get buy-in for the quality of our services or products and it can cost us money and impact our customer experience.

Join us for a look into how LSN Diffusion tackled this by hearing from Mitch Watson who has had great results from his approach.

There will also be time to share your own challenges in this area and get advice from the SME network on how they have solved similar problems in their organisations so you can take away real life practical solutions to your business.

Key Take aways

  1. How to engage your people to care about quality and delivering the best product/service to your customer.
  2. Sharing your real life challenges with the network in small groups and getting support and answers to help you solve real business problems
  3. A suite of resources to help you deliver this in your organisation

SME NETWORK - THE CIPD IN WALES

SMEs are vital to Wales for jobs, future economic growth, productivity and innovation. But so often, the HR team is at best small and quite commonly a stand-alone role. This network stands to create a space for those in this key sector to share challenges, experience and insight, and is open to members and non-members.

Are you a member of the network already? if not find us here
